- Pat has over 15 years of local government experience as a city manager in Missouri and Minnesota.
- Pat has written articles for Government Finance Review, Nation's Cities Weekly, Public Management and the Missouri Municipal Review on special district development.

Laura's career highlights section
- Laura Lashley has over ten years of experience in government finance.
- Laura was instrumental as a leader in utilizing Missouri's first transportation corporation for road improvements, and has been a leader in several municipal forward funding financial structures for infrastructure improvements.
- Throughout her career, Laura has taught a number of municipal training seminars on debt financing, budget and incentives.

SARAH DETZ, FINANCIAL ANALYST
Prior to joining Development Dynamics, Sarah worked as a fulfillment associate at Bank of America. Sarah’s career experience also includes work for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and H & R Block. Her work focus is on industry and financial analysis for our clients. Sarah possesses a B. A. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

LAURA VOLNER, FINANCIAL ANALYST
Prior to joining Development Dynamics, Laura worked for Morning Star Church as Administrative Assistant to the Lead Pastor. Laura's career experience also includes work for The Mary Engelbreit Company as an Associate Buyer and for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity as Buyer and Merchandising Manager. Her work focus is on industry and financial analysis for our clients. Laura has a B.A. in Communications from Drury University.

SANDY MORHMANN, DISTRICT ANALYST
Sandy's work efforts focus on ensuring special district documentation and compliance measures. Her responsibilities include preparation of annual budgets and disbursements, dissemination of district information, and retailer collection/compliance work. Her previous work includes 10 years experience as an assistant at the St. Charles County Economic Development Council.

Her responsibilities include site visit verification, dissemination of district information, and retailer collection/compliance work. Her previous work experience includes 10 years as an economic developer, most recently for the City of Warrenton, Missouri.
